Opened in the fall of 2014, Hi-Fi Clyde's is a bar-focused concept with a menu that features a variety of sandwiches and entrees including a handcrafted barbecue section. Brunch is also served at this location. Hi-Fi Clyde's features activities such as shuffleboard and occasionally features live music.

Katie Stroud
OPERATING PARTNER
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Katie started her MFRG journey in 2015 as a server at Clyde’s Chattanooga and has worked her way up to becoming Operating Partner in 2022. Katie has worked in all types of hospitality, from movie theaters to coffee shops, and dive bars to wine bars, before finally finding a home at Clyde’s. While not at work, she spends most of her time having dance battles and playing video games with her son, James, re-watching the same 3 TV series again and again, and perpetually rearranging furniture.
Jose Moran
KITCHEN MANAGER
José has been with the MFRG since its inception, and has been the Kitchen Manager at Clyde’s since 2014. José is an excellent dancer and has a dry sense of humor. He spends his free time with his wife and two kids going to the Rodeo, gathering for huge meals with friends, and taking trips to Dollywood. Most recently, he and his family have adopted a baby Parrot named CoCo and are anxiously awaiting his first words.

Savanna has grown up locally in the Chattanooga area with a passion to serve others. Working in the service industry for over 10 years, she will tell you the best people she has come to know started with a good conversation over a hot plate of food and a cold beer. When she's not enjoying the great outdoors of Tennessee, she takes comfort in learning homemade recipes from her grandmother. Her dream is to retire old having owned her own restaurant.
