A levelheaded man with a sense of humor, Nate is always up for a good laugh, just don't mention hairless cats. Music is Nate's number one passion, well, except for operating Taco Mamacita in Nashville. He has quite the collection of drums and cymbals, but he says he can never have enough. This musical obsession started early with band camp...twice, resulting in him playing in a kick-ass band today.
Maggie has a love for the arts. Her hero is Grace Kelly because she helped pave the way for young women interested in arts education, which Maggie thrives in. She plays the violin and sings and enjoys improv and theater. Even though Maggie is very talented in the performing arts, she will not pretend to enjoy hot weather, heights, or tequila. Maggie is allergic to tequila, but ironically, everyday she helps manage a restaurant known for selling a heck of a lot of it. So, no margaritas for Maggie! On the flip side, she loves-loves-loves breakfast food and will eat it anytime and all the time. Lastly, she is always up for a solid thumb wrestling tournament; warning, she will probably kick your butt.
Lauren has her hands full right now helping run Taco Mamacita and taking care of her precious baby girl, Elsie. Somehow, between managing a restaurant and spending time with her daughter and husband, Lauren finds time to enjoy herself by sewing and playing scrabble. Her secret talent is embroidery and she would love to be an accomplished artist or carpenter one day, as well as visit Sequoia National Park, Hawaii, and buy a house.
Victor's driving force is his family. Being one of nine children, and now raising his own family of three, Victor knows what it means to work hard and work together. He enjoys playing soccer, basketball and video games with his kids on his days off. After moving to the United States from Mexico sixteen years ago, Victor jokes about being able to speak "a little Spanish.. haha."
